PCP Anyone With Experience With The RTI Mora?

As I’ve posted, I’m looking for a dedicated benchrest rifle. I’ve added the RTI Mora to my short list. I was wondering if anyone has any experience shooting the Mora? I may end up with more than one rifle only because the benchrest season has started and I need something now. That’s my excuse and I’m sticking with it.

I watched that video this morning before heading to Louisiana. It has some interesting features. Unfortunately it’s like most of the cool airguns being hyped: the .30 is not available anywhere. It’s sad to say, but I’m not sure I trust an airgun company to deliver a “not in stock” item in a timely fashion.

We just go back from Louisiana, long day lol. I was just going to say the old model, but you already saw that.

Jeeze - I feel like there are almost too many iterations of the Mora to trust a used purchase. From the most recently posted video they have quietly updated a lot of things on the rifle. Except for the newest change to the shroud mounting system I believe it would be visually very hard to tell what you are getting if the owner wasn't 100% truthful.

Just guesses really, look for the screw on the side to be able to mount the regulator gauge or it already has one. The sight rail being movable for the super MOA adjustment.

Some things being backwards compatible could make it look like it is a newer model but isn’t.

Buyers beware .

Using plenum air pressure to run as the hammer spring is genius, for the reasons he stated. I don't usually want two regulators either, but the way these two work together seems to make life easier and not harder. This is a really neat gun.

I've gotta agree on this. I was very impressed with the video and how much they have done. With mine being first run I'd be curious what upgrades I can do.

The air hammer system would be nice if I could add it, but that might be an internal air flow change so maybe not possible.

The new dual regulator design is very cool - never seen anything like that and it could lead to much more consistent shooting across power settings.

One thing I did notice in the video was him raising and lowering the regulator settings with out bleeding anything and then just opening the valve to let the new settings settle in.

Yeah, I really wish this I had seen this video, or one like it, a couple of months ago. I would have most likely gotten one of these for my long range gun. Still might, we'll see how the summer goes.
