Others Air venturi alpha

Hey have you guys heard about this? Got a email about it doesn’t look bad!
I was just looking at that.
I dont know anything about Air venturi but it looks nice and the entry price is nice!

I watched the video on it. Sub 1.5 MOA at 45 yards, under $300, regulated with an SD under 3. I have no experience with Air Venturi (yet), but this seems like an excellent first or second rifle/carbine. With an estimated January ship date, unfortunately they're missing the mark for Christmas. Hopefully for them they will show up early. I look forward to reading @FL22 and @Pumacarl initial reviews (they seem to try a lot of new guns ) LOL. ;)

NOT INTERESTED. I will NEVER, EVER, buy an airgun with a bonded moderator. Isn't going to happen. I sincerely hope, or rather wish, that everyone else would do the same, so that they wouldn't even consider doing it. I will be paying more, gladly, for a MicroStrike. This one can die on the vine.

these have a bonded mod?
wow I did not notice that

Are you going to wait for the ,177?
Yes. Once, they are reliably in the supply chain, I will be getting a .177 MicroStrike. The only thing that they are 'proposing' to do really right with the Alpha is all the configuration options for air supply, they should be doing that with the more expensive MicroStrike too. I'm sure that it will happen eventually anyway. I'm not so sure that the non-adjustability of everything on the Alpha is a big deal. I would just tear into it once and adjust it to the way that I wanted it anyway. I could even extricate a lousy bonded moderator. I just would never condone or reward a manufacturer for bonding a moderator, so no sale.

This one’s not for me Bill, I agree with @Pumacarl
Between the two, MicroStrike. You’re just going to have to wait for me to get a .30 Venom 🙂.

Unless I fall off the wagon and buy something out of the used AoA section again (those Airgun puppy dog eyes they get me every time 😂).

That Venom is very tempting. But, then I’m thinking the Microstrike might be a fun offhand 25yd plinker. It needs a bottle upgrade though.
