It is definitely hard to say. Technical I give to brawler, but I give creativity to FL22. Both have awesome presentation...

I am going to say FL22, the eyes have it. Also, it scares me more, fear of it not being pumpkin is real.

Ahh so tough, rechecked my score and sure enough they tied
@Brawler killed it with the presentation/special effects, but @FL22 got er done first, kinda freaked me out with it, and let's be real, shot and staged 4 pumpkins. @FL22 for the win.
