Huntsman New Daystate

Studied the market, guns, and options for months and ordered my first of many Air Rifles; Regulated Daystate Huntsman Revere with MTC optics from the great folks at Airguns of Arizona. I live in south Florida, but it's worth the wait to deal with such great helpful people! I'm looking forward to learning as much as I can from everyone. Thank you! Firearms veteran; air rifle noob! Currently brandishing their younger cousin (Wolverine), but have owned several iterations of the Huntsman including the Revere... you chose a rock solid platform!

Unless really high power is needed, it's what I'd always recommend for a first PCP to anyone that can swing the price tag (I remember when $1450 would've been considered ultra high end for an air rifle... sigh).

Thanks for the insights and experience! Focusing on .177s for now and may move up in calibers later.

A .177 Huntsman with JSB 10.3 pellets is as close to a guarantee as you can get in airguns. Also had good results with H&N Baracuda Match 10.6 in a few of mine.

Waitin' now on a Huntsman Revere used purchase from AoA; pretty excited. Do NOT spend big bucks on my guns, but I felt secure on this deal. I have bought other used/new guns from AoA with no problems. Warmer shooting weather comin' too! First Daystate for me.

You did good . I came close to grabbing that one myself. Unregulated .22 correct?

Great gun! I picked up the AoA We The Plinkers BRK Atomic Package and have enjoyed shooting it as well. Great pest gun for South Florida. Waiting on another order. Like boats and cars, you can never have too many!!

I have not owned a Daystate yet either, but I have always thought that the Revere is the best looking airgun ever.

One of the best guns for the money!!!!! 10.'3's and 13's shoot great out of it.....Should already be setup for the 10.3's, but a little twist of the hammer spring and 13's are the bomb!!!!!

I have the Revere Safari in .177 and it is a lazer shooting 10.3’s and then at Tony’s suggestion of bumping up the hammer spring it is shooting the 13’s just as good!
