Spring/Piston TX 200 Walnut stock

I got a walnut TX 200 last year from topairgun.com. It came in with the prettiest stock of any of my airguns. I also picked up a ProSport from them a couple of months later, still very nice wood, flowing contrast grain. The Tx has more burl in the buttstock.View attachment 8597
That's just absolutely gorgeous, shot mine Sunday afternoon. I shoot it as much as my pcps, it feels so good to shoot, short and stalky with some real heft, fits me well. I have only owned ambidextrous guns other than my TX. Now I see an advantage of the lefty stock, my yesterday pic for 30Y shootin. My only real complaint with it is now I'm a springer snob😂 🤩 Was reading the great Tom Gaylords take on the trigger being better than a record, (AA apparently copied and then improved it) this winter I will strip it and see what I can do to it, not quite as nice as my S510 trigger....

I now have five airguns with walnut stocks, this Tx200 shown, a ProSport, a FWB 300s, two HW 35e, and a HW 95. None of the others begin to come close to that one. The only thing I do not like about the Tx200 is the weight, that thing is really heavy, probably heavier than my FWB 300s.

Anyone order a Walnut stock from pyramid air? Did it look ok? Did it look like a 2x4? I spoke with customer service, and they are unwilling to send a picture of the stock before they ship the rifle.
I have had 3 from AA all were fine. I even managed a nice left hand stock for my daughter.

View attachment 18705Not the best, not the worst for my TX. Never had HW walnut. Hoping to get a 95N eventually.
Very nice wood👍
I Hit mine with Truoil and its sooo much nicer now....you just have to be ok with that shine😎 Definitely dont let it get wet in original form without some sorta protection....mine got light spots on it instantly and that was the final straw for me after setting it on a table after some rain.
