Anyone shoot fish with an airgun?

I enjoy hunting with an airgun but this is just on a different level. I'm still testing optimal arrow speed, arrow tips and proper arrow setup, but so far testing has been successful!

Hmmmm those last 3 fish look like giant pleco's?!
Some kind of invasive fish?
No experience myself in arrow fishing of any kind.

Yup, they are armored catfish, gar, snakeheads, and a tilapia.

We normally get bad (for here) flooding in the springtime here. And all the creeks that drain into the Tennessee river overflow with spawning Carp on the years it does. Big carp, 15-20+ lbs or more. Bow fishing and .22 lr fishing really was fun, along with cotton mouth shooting.

When I lived in Sarasota, after my accident a d surgeries, my dad, mom and I would fish in the canals all time. They lived on the water. My Dad would throw a cast net. Catch em and smoke em. Mmmmmm, delicious! I just shot armadillos, trash pandas and those damn big lizards with my Benji 392. Pump pump pump! Think that's why I love PCPs so much now! No pumping. Crap. Will kill a broke down young man. Much less an old one!

Here in Alabama, it was a fishing license.. Back then anyway. Been a long time since I did any of that
