Mike not cheating, no way. Creative Compliance most likely. That's why anything but actual scores won't work if there is a formula, someone will get creative.

I do like the idea of best shooter in the world. So how about this I start a 50 yard league that is world wide. .177 only and just 2 classes sub 20 ft lbs and under and unlimited. I will put together 11x17 cards with automatic scoring via phone app. Very few rules only scoring. You shoot 6 cards in one day events anywhere in the world 1500 points 150 X is perfect. Your best 5 one day events equals your 7500 points and 750 X is perfect. Pictures and or video of event to prove it was outdoors must be attached to the email with pictures of the score cards. I will collate the worlds score and distribute winning at the end of the year for top ten.

A league can hold as many shoots each month as they like through the year. A league is any group of shooters 3 or more that get together to shoot same day, same place, same time.

Rules:
Bipod and rear bags only. Joypod or similar only in unlimited.
Wind flag 6 max on the range, provided by the league only.
Shooting position anything, prone, standing, bench, bucket and sticks you figure it out.
Score cards 3 placed at a time 3' to 6' above the ground.
Air tank 580 max filled only once each card.
15-20 minutes per card, 5 minute air and reload period. 10 minute break to place last 3 cards.
