Well, I had a conversation with one of my favorite enablers today, and he answered a lot of questions that I really didn't want to know the answers to. Well, what I will tell you at this point is that an HW30N in .20 cal has been set aside for me, and also a vortek kit. I'm currently boxing up something to send off, so that work may begin. Got a little something extra up my sleeve as well. Here we go.

Ok, @Danman hasn't checked in so I'll let y'all in on the secret. View attachment 19019View attachment 19020
Thats gorgeous🤩.... Oh man you got springer-bit big time!
I have so many questions😆
-what are you boxing up and selling, if I may ask?
-Do you plan to scope this one?
I still gotta shoot that offhand 10M target with my 50, i got the sheet printed at least! I dont shoot when its below zero so....its been a while😮‍💨

@Danman. The ghost is sitting here boxed, and waiting to be dropped off at UPS. It's been a good performer, but the tactical look just doesn't do it for me. I'm a wood, and blued steel guy. (You should see the stock on my new shotgun). The Red Wolf is the last PCP rifle standing. Were I not able to get this stock I would still be waiting for something to come along. I wanted a HW30, but I wanted it to be special, and my guy delivered. The jury is out on the scope. I think that I will shoot it with iron sights for a bit and see how I feel about it. Maybe I will put a rear peep sight on it. I'm still excited about IWA, and am hopeful that Weihrauch will introduce something that I find interesting. Oh, this guy is getting the vortek kit, and tune as well. It will be interesting to see how she shoots in .20

That "new" (updated) laminate HW pcp that Ham posted about is looking absolutely gorgeous, and I am interested in the specs/details when they eventually cut it loose.
Sad to hear about the Ghost....but i get it, its my only non-wood stocked gun too.
To me between the 30 and the 50 I'd scope the 30 if anything as it will be gentler on said scope and you can really hone in the accuracy with it. 👍

I've been looking at that as well. The stock on the 50 lends it's self to iron sight shooting, whereas the 30 has a cheek piece, so we will have to see how it fits. The 50 is outrageously fun to shoot, and I'm hoping the 30 will be as well. I don't know why it won't, I had the Beeman R7 for decades. Fun times.
