What’s your latest airgun purchase?

My reinforcements did not arrive… this is all the .25 I have left.

Ordered 500 250gr .452 lead “cowboy” bullets. Gonna test them in the Bushbuck when it gets here. Was able to get them for about $0.18 each after shipping. Also working on a HP jig to drill them for smaller game. Save the 365gr for the big stuff.

Ooohhh boy some slugs for the JTS I see, let us know results!? Pellets for the new springer as well? I doubt you can go wrong with the JSB 8.44s In a springer!

Got the Bushbuck Thursday, finally got around to putting the Viper PST and DonnyFL emperor on it. Tried a 1-4x Steiner, but the barrel and moderator were too long and got in the way. It looks like a flipping artillery piece. Tried to post pictures but it keeps saying the file is too big for the server… I checked the size and they’re actually smaller than some one posted in the past…. Not sure…. Maybe @hameditor has some ideas….

It’s amazing. Though the trigger needs work. It’s not consistent. They say it’s adjustable. But they give you no information. I’m gonna try to reach out to Western next week. I also need some lower rings for it. The PST was already in an American Defense QD mount, and I just threw it on since I was ready to hit the range.

I didn’t adjust anything. The Taipan is shooting the Monster Lights at 844 fps for just under 33 fpe on its current tune. This 5 shot group is only at 13 yards in the basement. I’m hoping I can stretch that out next weekend a little.

All five in one hole. The dot above was the poa made with a sharpie marker.
Those Taipans are a special breed of gun.

Got some new lead 2 send! D&L had a sale and after swearing I was sticking with JSB for the S510 from now on....I bought these 2 H&N varieties for it Neither are your standard pellet but man o man are they accurate out of it! Got a sample pack last order and most were not great but these 2 and the Barracuda Hunters stood out for accuracy to 40Y anyways! I doubt anyone expects much past 50Y out of a non lead pellet?! The little 10gr slugs are for my brother's Diana 350mag springer. I don't think much of slugs out of break barrels but he's getting 920FPS with em and great accuracy! The 10gr pellets are still too fast out of it 950fps plus. These are in 4.51 head diameter.
