If I didn't have one already and knowing what I know, I would buy one again. It's a unique airgun. Maybe not for everyone but it piqued my interest. I also got the Dedal NV Stalker fixed 6X from EdgunWest when it was available at the time and glad I did. It's a great combo.

I probably would as a setup to keep in my car, with a handpump, its that simple and consistent.
I revived the thread. Saying I would buy one. I missed the boat getting one stateside and got the lelya 2.0 .22. It's awesome. It's got moving parts and I don't trust anything that has too many moving parts! I don't know if I could bring myself to trade it out thou. I would have to have a leshiy In hand to compare the two side by. I will sure buy one thou.

I had a beautiful classic Leshiy in blue, which originally showed up with a standard 22 caliber barrel. I set the trigger up with a spring plunger and it was a hoot of fun! Later I bought a longer 25 caliber barrel and shroud setup, which I used for coyote hunting. Yes, it was lethal, with head shots, out to about 70 yards.
About three years ago I traded it in towards a Leshiy 2. Never should have done that. The rifle was beautiful, accurate and fun. What was I thinking? So yes, I’d probably buy another new one if available.

There are a few Leshiy Classics on sale used at AOA right now.
It's up to the buyer to read the description and determine what's acceptable to them.
