Others What steel target did you smack today?

Got out today with the AEA Challenger 357, 1st pic- 100-yard target I was using 150gr boat tail BARS I have to mention after the 1st shot, I didn't wait for it to stop swinging 2nd pic- 185 yards with 205gr flat face, again didn't wait for it to stop swinging. and the 230 yards, 204gr, i found 3 of the slugs after impact and the one 204gr before chambered.

I started getting bored shooting my paper targets, so I shot one of my magnets that holds my targets .



All that was left is some fragments of the magnet.

Shooting my steel backstop at 25yds with my Ghost Hp .25 and my new backrest that I made for it. The group is a 10 shot group and about the size of a dime. The splatter makes the group look a lot bigger. The group is centered on the lump of lead. @airgunsofarizona #airgunMOA

I got a few shots in yesterday. I’m having to be judicious because I don’t have a replacement compressor yet. I tried AEA pellets for the first time. I made no adjustments on either gun, they were both set for whatever I shot last time JSB/JTS. Top targets were with the .25 Ghost Hp and the lower targets were with the .22 Barra 250z. 899-905fps for the Ghost and 845fps for the250z. 5mph crosswinds. Fifty yards.

Had the grandson shooting the kyl target with the revere and 10.3 ‘s @35 yds. He was able to connect with the 1/2” fairly regularly told me i couldn’t hit the 1/4” thought it was too small so i hit it about 40 out of 50 slots. Lol

When my morning starts at about 1/2 tin of pellets at 10 yards open sights like this...I usually don't shoot at all
I was getting mad that last little piece hanging on.
The more I felt angry the worse my aim was.
Usually on 40-50 shots , almost gave up on this one and let him live.

Since I talked about the paper, might as well talk about the steel. Verified zero on my Vapor Max at 25 yards with ATFLBOX zombie resettable field target. At the end of my paper challenge, I shot my field targets at 20, 25, and 35 yards, plus bell at 45 yards. All with 6 out of 10 possible pumps. Great way to learn approximate holds for the number of pumps, especially with variable winds.

At my private range after work today and enjoyed shooting my Daystate BlackWolf TAC .177 HP even if it was a bit windy and cold

I got a few shots in at 50yds with the Ghost HP .25. It was windy with a
12-14mph crosswind. I haven’t shot many of these pellets lately, JSB Extra King Heavy 33.95g unsorted . They did pretty good.

The Ghost is on fire today. I think it’s punishing me for doubting its abilities. Two 10 shot groups at 50yds. .85 avg MOA. I might have to go back to these pellets.

I got a few groups in at 101yds with Sonoran just before dark. Is shooting pretty good.
