I kept thinking…. Debating…. Then…. They sold out of the .30. They had 4, then none. lol. Couldn’t decide between it or a big bore. Guess I need a big bore.Are you still thinking about it or did you pull the rip cord?

It’s in my cart and I called them yesterday. Didn’t ask them if they would give a discount though. Meant to call them again today.

Not a whole lot different in the looks department... but it sure is a nicer feeling grip! The back has these pointy dimples that are a bit odd but other than that it's very comfy. I've had a time or 2 already where the plastic stock grip slipped while in hand, and it's not comfortable shooting for long periods....who am I kidding I hand pump so I can't shoot more than 60ish rounds when on the bench

Give us some updates when you get on with it!No - the Hammer is smaller than I expected. And much lighter coming from a 16" .72 cal Zeus. The Hammer Carbine is a dream to hold and shoot. As some YT reviewers have said - it's got kick but it more like a strong shove than a kick. Shooting it tethered I was able to keep the 350 grain ammo in about a 2" group at 50 yards.Nice, I've always loved the look of the Hubens! The Umarex ammo is way too expensive though. 20 Qty for them versus a pack of 50 slugs from Mr. Hollowpoint for the same price.

Like they say “buy once, cry once”. When you get a big bore do you have any specific hunting trips planned? Not that you have to go anywhere really lol, backyard to the processor to the freezer.

And I agree. I want to be sure I get a good one. I called them about the Texan they have. Much lighter, already moderated, and more compact (CF SS model). Plus after market support for Airforce is tremendous. But I’ve read nothing but glowing reviews on the Bushbuck. And if it was a carbine or Bush Pig, I probably would’ve bought it already. I have a friend who has invited me Hog hunting. I also have always wanted to hunt a black bear.
my last three purchase were
1) 4500 psi bottle with an adjustable regulator for my USFT - I think this set up should be good for a few hundred rounds as I am shooting at 1450 psi
2) used Bushnell 4500 Elite with front focus - cannot wait to see how well it ranges
3) rings for the Bushnell

But Jake helped me out a lot, both with pricing and questions. AoA has a great sales crew. Bushbuck, DonnyFL adapter, and DonnyFL Emperor on the way. As well as a bag of High Arc Hunter 365s. I also asked him to throw in an AoA MOA challenge coin. To which he obliged.

. Quick ninja tip don’t sneak in a bush buck only carbines and pistols can be sneaked in, that’s asking to get caught. Ninja tip #2 take an empty gun case filled with something similar weight so that you can pick up your new baby and exchange similar weight item in the case. Ninja tip #3-have everything shipped to a shipping store never your house.
