Self-Loading Western Sidewinders and slugs.

Since I am banned from Airgun Nation and not allowed to respond to questions on that platform I will do so on Ham community. The Western Sidewinder with its TJ barrel and current twist rate has been designed for pellets first slugs second. The removable magazine has been chamber reamed for pellets first slugs second. The thought process is that since the rifle is a semi and full auto the pellet first mentality would be less expensive and more fun.
HOWEVER. Western is telling us that they are working on a slug chamber magazine and slug twist rate barrels. Exciting stuff. The magazine and barrel will be an easy quick install by owners making the Sidewinder extremely versatile. These additions are coming in early 2024 as per Westerns timeline.
