I have finally concluded all the videos from our weeklong hunting trip that we spent on a large 2700 acer cattle ranch. This place has been plagued by an abundance of feral hogs, some upwards of 500+ lbs. We did a ton of scouting and hunting this large, rugged property, most that's inaccessible other than on foot. We used the first several days to scout, set out game cameras and just get the lay of the land to hopefully be as successful as possible. We captured about two dozen large feral hogs that come in at various times, most were up in a steep canyon with thick bush. I had brought both the .357 Rattler and the New .45 caliber long strike for this trip, had some excellent success with both rifles. We took a total of 6 hogs with the largest coming in at 500 lbs and the smallest around 150lbs, a pretty good haul. Here are a few photos of our trip and the full video that re-caps the adventure along with our last days hunt.
