I recently got an early model with the wire safety. I'd like to disable the automatic safety. Advise if you're familiar, please.

Good topic. One of the reasons that I don't own an AirForce yet is because everyone hates the safety, and for some reason unknown to me, it doesn't seem like anyone ever disables it. I am curious if there is an easy answer too because this will probably be my next project gun.

This is my first AF, only since I got a bunch of .25 ammo to get rid of. I've got an aftermarket trigger kit on the way. It might help.

The newer airguns with the upgraded triggers are supposed to be easier to disable the auto function---so I'm told.

I'm unbothered by the auto safety of my Tex, but good luck.

I've disabled the auto safety on all my airforce guns. The trigger smoothes out & is much better. I found a video on how to do it on YouTube.
