Join me as I go over my Raw Hm1000 Micro hunter 177. I shoot the breeze and some targets. More AirHead B.S 🤣 i will eventually do a full break down of the rifle and how to take it apart and rebuild it. Possible in the field or at the office 🤷‍♂️

Beautiful little gun! Everything done right, simple, and robust.

If you hang your tagets, off a tree limb with a couple of feet of paracord, they bounce like crazy when hit. It makes it really easy to spot, and would really show up well on video too. I do this with my far targets and it really takes the guesswork out of figuring out if I am hitting or not.

What did you find were the best pellets for yours? Mine really liked the JSB Beast 16.2gr - total lasers but I couldn't get a single pellet under 13gr to fly right until I tried the JTS 10.4gr pellets. The JTS pellets shoot very well - I'm tuned at 780 fps for those now.

I don't shoot pellets from this Micro on JSB knockout 10.3gn slugs. It does however shoot the JSB 10.3gn & JSB ultra shock 10.3gn very well. But I like how flat and accurate it slings them little slugs

Thanks for the tip. I don't normally shoot from my porch I have a nice little 50 yard lane down on the yard just waiting for better weather. We had a week of 50 & 60 degree days but that ended back to snow & ice 🤣

Timely topic! Just today I got some of those JSB KO 10.03gr slugs and wow do they ever look like what the FX Halo was supposed to look like. Anyways, I know a lot of you guys are going to crap all over me for mentioning it, in a post about a really good gun, but, I shot these out of my Hatsan Vectis today. They took about 30 shots to settle down and lead in, and then they shot almost as good as the NSA 12.5gr. I shot a rather nice sub 1/2" group at 40y and then went out checking Strelok data to real targets. My speed was 965fps and they sound good hitting things. Certainly nothing left to ricochet with these things. I can't wait to connect on a starling, my NSA's were ice-picking them w/o expansion but these are not going to have that problem. What I meant by almost as accurate as the NSA is that in zero wind they might actually be as good, but with any wind they won't be. You can most certainly notice the difference in drift going from a bc of .075 to .047. I was just getting use to the .075 but I want to see these Knock Outs earn their name even more, still a better bc than any pellet.

The new m
What is the difference between these rifles and the newer versions?

Would really like to get one to add to my Theoben rilfes.....heck have been considering selling or trading my leshiy set up.
The new micro has different buttstock and grip as well as a new style block that has a ambidextrous cocking lever for right & left hand shooters.
