Quick Update on Pinty Buster Shipments: Batch 1 Arrived & Batch 2 Timeline!

Another day (actually 26hrs) gone by and it's just crickets....................................................hate to say it but the taste in my mouth is getting more and more sour. No contact anywhere around.

I hate so much to be a whiner, but I posted this at 11:34amEST today. I just checked on @PintyOfficial and he was last here today at 11:46amEST, but yet didn't reply? Disappointing. Was hoping for the best. Oh well I did get a $25 set of 30mm high rings that I will likely NEVER USE.
Tried contacting Customer Service again today with the same result.................
If I hadn't already gotten a bunch of 3D printed stuff for the Buster I would likely be canceling now.
 
Pinty has one single person here, and tens of members expect real time service.
If you want really good airguns for low prices, people need to adjust their expectations.

If you want to pay MSRP + 20% go to Pyramid Air, they have better real time support.
There you have the chance to pay for someone talking to you when you feel like it.

FYI - I used the "Contact Us" option under the "Support" tab on at least 3 different occasions without getting ANY contact back.
My "shipment" did move from "Label Created" (6/26 11:07) to "Arrived at GOFO Regional Hub" (In Chino CA) on 6/27 21:05 but has failed to get anywhere further over the past 5 days.
BTW - the one person here has advised me that he is in "Marketing", not Customer Service.
