OK, first things first. Let’s be clear about how to correctly pronounce the product name for the new Omega Nitro Charger V-III HPA Compressor.

In fact, the Omega Nitro Charger V-III HPA Compressor is the second new High Pressure Air compressor to become available at Airguns of Arizona in as many weeks. HAM carried details of the Western Airguns Roadrunner model just last week.
It’s a premium product that’s designed to fill air rifles and large HPA tanks with High Pressure Air. Running on a 110 Volt domestic electricity supply, it can fill HPA tanks up to 100 Cubic Feet in capacity. The low-amp power requirement is achieved by a special brushless servo motor.
The Omega Nitro Charger V-III HPA compressor is an air- and oil-cooled three-stage unit built with long-lasting materials and intended to give an extended service life.
There’s a computer-controlled LED gauge displaying pressure in BAR, MPa, or PSI. The auto-stop feature can be set at any desired level up to 4,560 PSI,. In addition, there’s a double-set function that gives the option of filling a tank or a lower-psi airgun without reprogramming the gauge display.
The display unit also shows run time to aid in service intervals for oil and filter changes. The golden-colored water trap and filtration systems assure only clean, dry air reaches the airgun. The filter system is compatible with Bauer filters – this is the heart of the Nitro Charger compressor. That’s essential because we know how destructive moisture can be inside a PCP airgun!
Other features providing quiet operation include a belt-drive fan and rubber vibration-absorbing feet.
The compressor is protected by a metal cage, and the top cover has rubber cradles to hold your tank (not included) while filling—a thoughtful and space-saving feature. The filling hose is very flexible for ease of use. In addition, a complete filter service kit and oil are included with each unit.
