Notos Notos comes in on big brown truck.... So far not good

I love the JTS. I have the Standard non Reg. I have not shot it in a few months waiting on weather, but in 4 Months it is right where I left its charge. The Stoeger however despite no adjustments, It loses air. I am disappointed. It's a slow leak, but still. It shouldn't Happen.
I have seen several complaints about the Stoeger leaking down. Not seen anyone say how they fixed though, other than send em back. Shame too. They have a nice looking rifle. I guess in last couple of years though, seems everyone's quality has slipped some.

Will I got my Notos in, This has to be the most fowled barrel I have ever come across, I ran patches throught it with Ballistol for about an hour, I had a big pile of dirty patches ,,,Never did get it 100% clean.. The notos magazine jamed 1st shot, I have some Carm 750 magazines and they jamed after a few shots,,, I put a Monstrum 3x30 compact prism scope on it
It shot pretty good for a cheap 3 -400 dollar gun, I do think my PP750 will out shoot it easy, I like it feels light and quick to the eye, 30 yard groups are OK not good or great, Crosman 14.3 hollow point all I tried , Good enough for I want,,, Ordered some 11 shot magazines off Ebay said they would stop the jam of the pellets .
I could see where the probe hit the outer edge of the pellet, Anyone tried to put a small heat shrink tube on the end of the probe???? Yes I read all the stuff about how the probe pushes the pellet on its side..I bought a trigger kit but I got to get this pellet jam fixed, I can't believe Notos has sold this many gun in a few years its been out with a big jam problem... The adjustment on the magazine did noting for me...

I shot my notos right out of the box and it shot pretty good i cant complain. when i received the huben dream valve and the charging handle from maple custom products I tore down the entire block. I took the barrel and a cleaning patch with some brake cleaner and ran about 5 patches threw it. I then could look down the barrel and it was shining like chrome. Look on maple custom products they have a mega capacity mag, which holds 15 they also have 10 and 7 round capacity I really think they work without flaw and I really recommend the slugs I mentioned before. Think you would be impressed.

PCP air guns don't really "foul" like firearm barrels do. Because it was new, it probably just has a good layer of that barrel preservative crap most mass-produced ai guns come from the factory with. Also, if you feel the need to be meticulous about the cleanliness of your barrel, you will definitely need to thoroughly clean and then coat any pellets/slugs with silicone oil before using them. Of course, once you do that, you will have to keep the clean and lubed projectiles in a sealed container until you use them, or they will accrete dust or other light particles which will then stick like glue to the oil.

I think that it has more to do with liability departments. Most airguns are produced in countries that don't have the litigious culture we have in the states. They likely figure that cleaning before use is common knowledge.
Well, once upon a time ago it was here as well. Lord knows before I went out packing my Merry Christmas to me Marlin model 60 at 10 years old, my dad stood over me like the SR.DRILL INSTRUCTOR ON P.I. Critiquing every move I made cleaning that little dumpling inside and out, before I went out in search of squirrels and rabbits. So. It was permanently drilled into me. Others though. Not so much apparently. Like keeping the Booger Hook off the Bang Switch before your ready to lay down lead. So much common sense seems to be a thing of the passed.
