Hey All,
New to THIS forum, been around 'other forums' a long time and into airguns a LONG time. Currently doing a LOT of custom machining on people's airguns as well as a few repairs. I have a full machine shop that I "HOBBY" in, and I'm staying very busy........

Looking forward to posting pics of the various projects, as well as helping out others with their airgun machining projects. (time permitting, this IS a hobby for me)
Matt

"what do you currently have" Well that would be hard to say....what are you looking for? information or pictures or both? I have a gallery on another forum FULL of pics of projects I have machined for other avid airgunners. Once I have enough posts I think I can start posting some of those.here? I've fabricated custom barrels from blanks, done cut-down and re-crown on barrels, added muzzle threads, cut in 'chambers and 'leads', made custom light weight hammers, bolts and bolt probes, interchangeable tip bolts/probe setups, barrel bands, a custom retractable wire stock for an Escape or TalonP, a reverse bottle block for an Mrod build, custom trigger blades, shrouds, threaded muzzle adapters, air tube cut down and re-thread......and a whole lot more. Unless it's a silly easy project I normally work from "dimensioned drawings" or "blueprints" provided by the 'client'. All threads are single point cut on the lathe, so 'customization' of mating parts, ALL parts must be provided for 'mating'.

IF anyone has any questions, feel free to message me directly.

Wow, quite a welcome folks, Thank You.
The majority of my airguns are PCP's. but I do have a couple of multi-pumpers as well as a couple of springers (and 1 Co2 ;).

My favorite PCP of the lot is probably my custom Marauder Pistol in a Tom West stock, a vintage Beeman SS II shorty scope, with a custom shroud adapter and a "Geo Hunter" LDC. Silly accurate, and "mouse fart" quiet. My perfect garden pesting tool to drop those "berry bandits".

My favorite pumper is a toss up. I have a Sheridan Sillver Streak in .20 that I received for FREE as it did not hold air. Yeah, promptly re-sealed it and added it to my collection! The other pumper is a "franken pumper" that was part of a "barter for machine work". IIRC it started life as a 1322, has a slightly longer barrel, a highly modified QB stock painted OD green, custom internals, and a Vortex red dot on top on a custom dovetail to Picatinny rail adapter I threw together on a whim because the 'scout scope' setup just was not working for me.

My favorite springer........has to be the Vintage Hy-Score that was gifted to me by my Grandfather who unfortunately passed away before I was out of the womb. My Grandmother who was often referred to as "Annie Oakley" graced me with teaching me how to shoot properly, safely and accurately when I was 9. (she was 76!)

(edit: Oops, forgot I also have 1- Co2 airgun, a 177 QB-78, that currently has a very slow leak that is in the queue to get re-sealed) :)

Hopefully that answers at least one question........ I'll see about posting shop pics once I clean up from the high pressure booster pumps, project and the Zelos barrel I just wrapped up.

Cheers,
M
