New Air Venturi Microstrike PCP Pistol/Carbine

Another 2025 SHOT Show announcement from Air Venturi is the new Microstrike PCP Pistol/Carbine. The Microstrike is an addition to the current trend of versatile compact PCPs that’s exemplified by the HAM Gold Award-winning Umarex Notos.

Personal opinion. I have to say that I like this compact carbine PCP concept very much. This is my type of airgun!

Anyhow, Air Venturi says that the MicroStrike delivers exceptional performance across three calibers. It’s available in .177, .22, and .25 cal.

Claimed performance figures are as follows:
– .177: 900 FPS with 8.4 Grain pellets (15 Ft/Lbs)
– .22: 830 FPS with 18.13 Grain pellets (27 Ft/Lbs)
– .25: 735 FPS with 25.4 Grain pellets (30 Ft/Lbs)

Fill pressure is 4,350 PSI for the small – 80 cc – HPA tube.

Air Venturi gives the following specs for consistent, out-of-the-box, shot strings:
– .177: 30 shots per fill at 725 FPS
– .22: 26 shots per fill at 665 FPS
– .25: 24 shots per fill at 600 FPS

In addition, there’s an externally-adjustable regulator and hammer spring adjuster.

Plus, to enhance the versatility even further, the MicroStrike is completely caliber interchangeable. This allows users to quickly swap between all three of the available calibers. Adjustability and versatility in a truly compact package!

The included AR style, 6-position folding stock also gives shooters the ability to quickly transform this pistol into a carbine without sacrificing compactness for transport.

The full-length top Picatinny rail allows the installation of a riflescope, or red dot sight. Alternatively, the Microstrike PCP Pistol/Carbine can be shot using the included open sights.

The barrel has a standard 1/2×20 threaded muzzle for the attachment of a muzzle brake or silencer.

Air Venturi also highlights the smooth, left-side lever action and full metal construction; offering a premium and rugged feel, they say.

Intended for small game hunting, target shooting, and pest control, the MicroStrike combines compact versatility with regulated precision in a feature-rich platform.

PapaT, now you gotta keep reminding me about Pinty October, prolly a few times a month. Lol. .that way I don't buy anything else. Course may have to part with something else to be prepared enough for 2 of whatever Pinty drops on us.

I think maybe a small Pup in .177 would be nice built along the P-Pup lines I would definitely be interested in that, and maybe a .25 cal of whatever they come out with. Im good on .22s I do believe.

All my Air Venturi rifles have issues mostly leaking around the gauges. Even my Avenge-X rifle has problems. I don't think i will purchase any more of their products either.

Couldn't get it fixed under warranty?

Avengers only have a 1 year warranty. Mine ate regulators like Candy. I Bought a Refurbished Tank from Pyramid and it wouldn't hold 3000 psi overnight so I returned it. I bought 2 Scott 30 min Tanks from Ebay for $90.00 and they work perfectly. They are out of date, but I fill them myself so it wors well for me.

I never found out. The first one quit, so I ordered a new one. I had to wait for 6 weeks to get one because no one had any in stock. I put it in, and it never worked at all. Then I shipped it off to a so-called Airsmith, and never got it back! Now I vet anyone before I consider having any work done.

Always trust....but Verify! Way to many thieves and liars out there. Ima firm believer in the extended warranty myself. Let them handle it. Lol.
