Having just read all of this, I gotta say, I am intrigued. I don't need it, but I like it and how it's done. It is the best looking from a design standpoint of the projects that I have seen so far. I don't think that I will make 6 months before buying one.
I originally was not interested in the AirForce utility platform. I thought i did not like the single shot system and they are not the most esthetically appealing rifles.
Then a 20 year old $100 Talon SS came along. I fixed it, figuring it could sell it for a bit of profit. But realized I liked it.
And DOWN THE RABBIT HOLE I went.
$600+ later I had a Talon that could shoot Barracuda Match 21gr at 1100FPS and hit a 1/2" group at 45 yards. Cranked it back down to 1500psi and get 850FPS with the Barracuda.
Then I picked up a .25 Condor SS and another .22 Talon SS. Both are now .25 with 24 inch barrels and Max-ATH regulators. 850-930 FPS with a regulator setting of 1750 psi.
Then I realized how important that 50cc plenum on the Max-ATH regulator was.
NEW rabbit hole, months later, hundreds of rounds, lots of crazy ideas and Huben Power coming out with their 300mm plenum reg combo. I started building my own plenum setups. Now experimenting with plenums on standard poppet valve guns. Not nearly as adaptable as tophat style guns to plenums.
The AirForce utility platform really does make modifications easy. I'm an engineer and the design simplicity really sits well with me.
Turns out the most fun I have had with PCP guns has been creating my little Frankensteins.
Then there is the regulated plenum setup I built for a big bore Texan. Haven't tested it on the Texan only the Condor, but it works. Have to drive 500 miles to test it, my nephew's friend has a .510. I have no use for big bore so I'm not going to buy one.
