This YouTube video discussing the history of the Daisy Airgun Company just dropped. It is very well produced. I cannot vouch for the historical preciseness, as I’ve read a few variations of the history of Daisy. In my opinion the premise of the video is spot on. The producer in my opinion should have posted a disclaimer that not all of (read most of) the photos depict actual Daisy products. But, as I said it is a quality production and if you like history, worth the watch.

lol, it was. It has a disclaimer on it now that states some of its AI generated. That’s part of why I stated that I wouldn’t take it as gospel. But, I think it gives a reasonable representation of the history. They dropped a Crossman one today, I watched the first few minutes and then gave up. The Crossman one pronounces lead pellet as “ Leed pellet”, Crossman as “Crozz man” and a few other errors.

After listening to it as I went to sleep last night, there may be some truths embedded in it but I don't want to say what is or isn't. All it talks about is Red Ryder, as if that was the only thing Daisy makes/made... and includes saying they are now made with plastic stocks. I have never seen a plastic stocked red ryder, but if they existed it wasn't in the last 40 years... I doubt I want to listen to the fabrication they give for Crosman either.
