Life has been busy (in a good way) and I've found myself not shooting at all since fall of 2024. Last night I broke that streak and finally did some backyard shooting. The rifle I grabbed is a FX Wildcat (mk1) that I purchased used in early 2024. After taking it out of the safe I dry fired it twice, topped it off and dry fired it a couple more times.
I realized how rusty I was when loading the magazine... I had to pause for a moment or two as I looked at each side not remembering immediately which side went forward
Anyways, here is my 1st shot @35 yards:

That set the tone for the evening! I remembered then just how much I liked this rifle
I finished the rest of the pellets in the magazine (8) and moved out to 50 yards. The cobwebs in my brain about holdovers at 50 made the next bullseye a bit messy.

So I decided to start with a fresh target and not do any holdovers at all. There was a little bit of wind on the left target. I made a couple of scope clicks to the right for the middle target and then did a 1/2 mil holdover for the one on the right. Let's just say that I stopped shooting after that one!

Yep, I'll be shooting again soon!
