Others GX E-CS3-1 question

So I received my compressor last week
Did a run test today before my rifle gets here.
When I plug it in, there is a small fan inside, that runs continuously, however the two cooling fans do not run until I turn the machine on.
Is it supposed to run a small fan continuously when turned off?

Ok,
So I searched all over and found a video review of the previous model.
And yes that little fan does run continuously if plugged in.

Yea, mine runs all the time too. Great pcp compressor! I like them so much i also have the water cooled GX CS4.

It's probably the fan on the internal power inverter
