Well, it's nice to know that if you have a favorite slug, the company now has deep enough pockets to survive a downturn. Good for Nick, to secure some security.

For the consumer it may not be a good thing, Nick made a far better quality slug. (Just my opinion)

• Short-Term Stability: While Nick’s still involved, quality holds. You’ll still get those tight tolerances and clean swage lines.
• Mid-Term Shift: Once Nick exits fully, Air Venturi starts tweaking—cheaper lead, looser QC, maybe even outsourcing.
• Long-Term Fallout: Slug performance drops, especially in high-power platforms. Field accuracy suffers, and serious hunters start looking elsewhere.

Like I have said above: This is just my opinion if and when it happens. Big company doesn't all ways equal better for the consumer.
