I have been eyeing the plenum the guy off Facebook makes but couldn't justify it with the gun shooting like crap (barrel issues).
Finally got my 4th replacement barrel in a couple days ago. Lo and behold I seem to have gotten a good one. Zero tight spots and no choke to speak of. Slugging the barrel is smooth all the way through.
The very next day a package was delivered under my name which was a surprise because I was not expecting anything. I open it up and it's the c88-air plenum. My daughter got it for me as a surprise.
Install is super easy and takes a couple minutes (plug and play) took the rifle out today and holy cow did that little plenum wake that rifle up. Shooting 28 grain slugs at 920-925 fps, 25 grain slugs around 945-950, 21 slugs 980-990. Pellets 21 grain hn @ 1020 18 grain jts @ 1050. The reg is at 2000-2100 psi. All are shooting respectably well at 50 and 75.
I should mention all the ports have been opened to 4.5mm.
I would highly suggest if you don't have one get one.
