I could really kick myself hard sometimes, I have fallen behind reading this thread, and I just saw your post about improving on the Heartland prototype and I just bought one last week! That's what happens when you don't pay attention. Welcome to HAM by the way, I always read your info in the other forums. I'll read it here too, interesting stuff! This is a graph of the performance of the evaluator when predicting the transmission loss of a design (in this case an unoptimized design) compared to the actual measured model output.. IYKYK. I am chuffed.
You did not make a mistake, bud. He is building arguably the best design on the market. Truth be known, I THOUGHT I had beaten his design. I actually had a design which beat it... one time. It can be beaten but beating it every time is no easy task. His work is quite good. This improvement in the evaluator may give me a shot at that.I could really kick myself hard sometimes, I have fallen behind reading this thread, and I just saw your post about improving on the Heartland prototype and I just bought one last week!
