I recently (3 months ago) recieved a new rifle from Airguns of Arizona. They kindly offered me an aluminum rifle case free of charge with it. They had evidently had it returned to them from another customer. A of A had no further use for it and offered to send my new rifle solidly packed in this very nice aluminum case. It is well insulated with foam and built solidly of aluminum. I transfered my HW97K into it and took it to the range this afternoon. I'm an older man (78 yrs.old) and found that the weight of this case with a rifle in it is heavier than this old guy desires to carry on a regular basis. Most of my other rifles are in Plano cases, which are much lighter than this aluminum case. Now mind you, I'm not complaining about this solidly built case, I'm just not strong enough to be toting it around to the range regularly. I'm happy to keep this fine case and use to store a seldom used rifle, but I feel that if one of you could use this case better than I can, I'll be happy to fowrard it to you via Pirate Shipping. This uses UPS at about 60% of regular rates. I ask that you pay the shipping, and its yours if you can use it. Orv.

That's awesome Orv, if your struggling carrying it, I would not fair well either. The lite weight plastic ones work best for me these days.
