Exactly. They kinda at home plant offices mercy. Who else though will send you a new rifle if you get a problematic one, without having to jump through every hoop they can think of?

Jim, none of their offerings are new guns, they're rebranded Snowpeak manufactured airguns, been around for years. All parts and expertise should be available here in the states. Stop defending people who aren't helping us. I'm speaking from negative experiences just days old that still haven't been resolved. C'mon man.

Ok, its a rebranded Snowpeak. Sub $300.00 vs. 450.00 ish, with same dice roll issues from everything I've read, videos I've watched. Same parts getting issues as well from what I've seen. Least here in the U.S. anyway. The Canadian dealer that sells Snow Peake here in U.S. is almost always sold out. And lets not get into the tariff charge on top of the cost. I'm just happy Pinty is getting them/selling them here. Nobody else bothered to. And they do seem to be trying to.do right by the U.S. buyers.

Exactly what I've shared about their substandard customer service and what others have shared don't you understand? Seriously if they had one ounce of integrity concerning customer service I would be the first to sing their praises. My other point you apparently fail to acknowledge is that besides being a rebranded Snowpeak manufactured airgun company, a mature and reliable parts inventory should be readily available and that includes technical knowledge and support! Yet another inconvenient fact I stated which started this rant was they sold me a gun that they didn't have. I wanted the Thumper and they only had a damaged one, no bueno senor. So I foolish agreed to the Striker, my bad, I should have asked for a refund. I will not praise a company like Pinty, current King of Shitty scopes and Crap customer disservice. Maybe you enjoy that type of treatment, I do not.

They definitely do not know anything about their products. I have received wrong information from them, and delay while they sent me a video from actual "techs" in China doing work so that could do it myself on the pup (Thumper).

Good news Papa! I guess my persistence and truthful emails motivated Pinty to follow through with excellent customer service, which included a $30 refund off my Striker and a 25% off coupon that I used to purchase the Pinty Buster in .22 cal. Both the Striker and Buster are very well made, attractive modern PCP airguns. I'm highly impressed with the materials, build quality, operation, and accuracy of these guns. Pinty hit a home run and deserves praise for delivering such value for a reasonable amount of money.

Thank you, much better. When you believe in yourself and stand up for what's right, rational people will usually acknowledge their mistake and try to correct the situation. Pinty did that and I appreciate it.
