Props to @Daystate UK @DaystateAmerica for the videos published on YT this year. Very well done, and valuable to your customers- keep them coming!
While your rifles come with an excellent warranty, and we have a top notch service location in the USA in @AirgunsofAZ, being able to maintain & perform minor repairs to a rifle is a matter of both of pride and practicality. Shipping a rifle (in my case, over 1700 miles) is both expensive & increasingly fraught with the danger of damage or loss. It's great to know AOA will have my back should a serious issue arise, but much prefer to have the option of performing relatively simple tasks (replacing an o-ring or dowty seal, for example) myself. Instructional videos like these give your customers the confidence to do so.
One small suggestion/request if I may- include a listing of dowty seal & o-ring sizes/durometers with the videos, or publish on your website. These can usually be found with diligent searching, asking on the forums, or careful measurement, but it would be more convenient (& potentially more accurate) to have the full list direct from the manufacturer.

its on our to do list as part of a new repair online handbook we will be rolling out over the next couple of weeks. as soon as its live i will be posting the link here. The videos were the first step as part of this 2 year project to provide how to online repair manuals for all current guns.

Outstanding!!!

I think it's a great idea and really shows the commitment Daystate/ BRK have to make sure there customers have full service backup, it's fantastic for a manufacture to spend the time and money to do this, it will be a great tool for dealers and customers alike and even people who just want to see what's inside one 😁

Me and Jake are very proud to have been a small part of it and have really enjoyed the proses, i think it's been a fair task for Tony and the team to sort this out and when it's all finished i am sure many people will greatly apricate it 😀👏👏👏

Well done to Daystate/BRK for pioneering this 👌 others will follow i have no doubt 😀

Agree on all counts, & would add that Daystate was wise to bring you on board for the videos.

Great Job Sub 12! I very much appreciate not only the Do’s and Don’t’s but also the Great and not so Great aspect of the Models you have Videos for. Please keep up the great work!

Yes bravo guys. I see that you utilized sub12 (Jeff if I'm not mistaken) and that was great. If I may make a suggestion: do a deeper dive into pairing, the software, and getting people used to uploading files etc to the Alpha and Delta. Perhaps you have any I am late to the suggestion mill 🤣. Anyway, bravo.

Cheers
