My love for lightweight compact Pcp air rifles has grown quite alot over the years. They have for sure stolen my heart again & again.

The Air Venturi Microstrike is the newest rifle added to my collection and is taking its place among the top of the heep.

My built Notos will always have a special place in my collection as its a one of one built by my hands. It is also very accurate & powerful.

The Raw Hm1000 Micro hunter ❤️ ahh the Micro hunter. This rifle is amazing and so well put togther. Its match grade trigger makes me smile each and everytime it is pulled. I have had a love affair with Rapid Rifles sence the 90s. There is and always will be a Rapid in my collection.

At Some point im going to put a Video togther putting the 3 of them head to head. Will there be a winner? Probably not as they all have there own specific uses. What works for one guy may not for the next so on and so forth. But....all 3 are great, im happy to have them and blessed to have spent so many years in this hobby collecting and shooting so many amazing rifles & pistols.

What are your thoughts on these 3 set ups?

They look sweet and capable and I bet they handle nicely…🙏 I love my compact PCPs. Am taking my Atomic XR after starlings at noon today… Compacts for me rock in their “outsized” utility… Two from my stable…🤓

Thanks for posting. Mighty fine looking group of rifles you have there. Really like the post as you, and @Luis Leon, posted about the compacts I have been thinking of purchasing. Loving my Brocock Sniper XR, but it is cumbersome attempting to deploy from a vehicle when time is of the essence. Really like both the 1000X Micro Hunter and the Brocock Atomic / Ranger (Added benefit of the latter is the ability to share magazines with my Sniper XR). However, both come at a price that is a bit high at the moment. Though, I am not ruling either out; just saving up.

Along comes the Microstrike. Very intriguing and was going to purchase, but wanted to check real world reviews. Which caliber do you have it in, may I ask? Wanted it in .22. AoA has them in stock, but some users are reporting that the .22 cal are less than stellar, accuracy wise. All others aspects of the gun, and other calibers, are getting rave reviews, but the .22, not so much.

Still a neophyte, so wanted to inquire about your experience with it so far. Thanks.

AoA has all three of the buggers, so may drop by there tomorrow after work.

Mine is a 22 and im loving it. But i forsure see myself getting a 177 caliber and tuning it for 16 foot pounds. I believe it to be a sweet spot for the 177 caliber.
