Pinty 22 cal pcp

I have got to say, after slobbering all over my new P-Pup, the one thing that I absolutely hate are these factory magazines! They suck. So glad I ordered the flip open back aftermarket mags. These backward loading first pellet mags are nothing but an accident waiting to happen....for me anyway.

Oops, I never updated that the barrel bands arrived (on schedule even). But also, finally got a chance to test them tonight. My shooting was not good, but...

Center group was control group before bands, top left was straight band (no picatinny), and top right was picatinny band. Pulled at least one shot early, and found I'm not at all practiced/steady with bipod. 🫣

Also started glam job on the picatinny band.Resized_shared_image_712402538520685.webp20250428_214743.webp20250428_192125.webp20250428_192634.webp

You know, the more I look at it, the more I really like it ( the P-Force). It really is a great looking rifle. And the barrel band definitely makes it look better, as far as I am concerned. I am now up to way to many (yeah I know, blasphemy) air rifles to justify buying any more, 10 being PCP's, and fearing for my life when I fall aseep......I think I have mentioned before the wife might cut certain anatomical body parts off me I would rather keep(she prefers blades). But trading, that's another thing entirely! I may have to swap or sell a 397, or something and have me one of these. Its just something about wood and steel, especially on a PCP rifle that I really like.

I definitely understand, and to boot the Carbine and traditional rifle look is my preference. Hence ending up with the P-Rifle when they released. ❤️

Discovered while trying to sight/shoot the springtime challenge that the dovetail to picatinny adapter was loose, remembered today to tighten back down while continuing glam up work. She's looking good in the sun. Hopefully tomorrow continues testing, including 50 yards.

After a little over 2 months, my adapter for the pinty finally arrived so that I can use it with standard 1/2x20UNF moderators. Glad it finally came, but also very happy with the resulting M14x1 and p-band that I have gotten from Red Corn Outdoors.

Took out for some shooting, first mag was laser on. So got everything set up to video some shooting and suddenly keeps falling to very low and left. Fix zero on scope and few shots later it would happen again... 🫣 Hopefully the issue is the scope... but we shall see.

Yep. Betcha your scope crapped the bed. It just won't hold zero. What scope do you have on it?
I wanted to ask you what is probably a stupid question on my part. In our Pinty spare gasket bag....what in the crap is the sealing fluid? How are we supposed to use it?

I have pinty 4-12x50 scope on it.

That is silicone grease, to lube o-rings.

Confirmed heat got the scope sagging yesterday. Took back out just a bit ago and shot at my atfl spinner and shot over the back of a squirrel 5 yards beyond it that I hadn't noticed. 😳 Now to finish undoing all the scope adjustments I done did yesterday.

Until I bought this same scope for my Pup, I had never owned any Pinty stuff. I'm wondering if I have the same to look forward to as yours. Are these scopes 30mm or inch tubes? I don't even wanna try changing the rings, due to the size issues on the Pup rails.

Mine was a 3 in 1 combo with permanently affixed rings and pic rails all around it. Yesterday was about 30-60 minutes in the afternoon sun at near 90 temp and humidity level.
