I am excited as well I just read something online that they will be priced around 2400 to 2500 euros . I own a Taipan Veteran Standard in .25 and love it. Let me know if you get a Slash and what you think of it. I want to get one too. I’m thinking that maybe the first production may not be the best purchase in case there are bugs that need to be worked out.Not too long ago taipan came out with the vet 2. Now they’re offering a completely new platform that will be semi auto
Who is looking to get one?
I say if the taipan trigger, and ruggedness is there, and they’re not Uber expensive, I’ll be giving one a try!
Looking forward to its debut at IWA this year. Wish I could go see it in person.

My .25 Taipan Veteran Standard didn’t have any bugs either but it is a proven design very accurate powerful rugged and quiet. My Mutant was pretty new in 2016. It didn't have any bugs. Just sayin..

I would like to own a HuBen I wonder how they stack up against Western Rattler?Wow, learned a lot about the Taipans, I got four guns I will never sell, Two 22 Mutants, There Bullpups and pretty well the best they can do 365 days a year is pellet on pellet at 50 yards,,, The other two are a 25 caliber veteran B/P,, and a veteran 22 B/P,, Not a big fan of semi auto pellet guns , Until I got my Huben 22 caliber Rifle , Then I bought a 25 GKl,
Then a GKl 22 caliber, then a 25 caliber GKl with the KOOL works for shorty, I am hooked you can go through a tin of pellets faster than an air leak.... The Hubens are cool and neat and accurate , BUT there not built with the quality of my TAIPANS
Talon Tunes claims the Taipan Slash is shipping in May.Not too long ago taipan came out with the vet 2. Now they’re offering a completely new platform that will be semi auto

That would be a great comparison video:I would like to own a HuBen I wonder how they stack up against Western Rattler?
I would love to own one .I really love the huben, I have had 2 of them. Theyre really problem free rifles, most people just dont like that you can't remove the magazine and that the rifle is basically always ready to shoot.
Mine was made in the Ukrain as well .25 standard. The original Mutant was made in Ukraine---I have one (with CZ barrel) that I purchased new in 2016.
The Veterans are made in the Czech Republic.
Highly recommend that you do at some pointI would love to own one .
Ok I ordered my Taipan Slash tactical in .25 with the 550mm barrel! Not too long ago taipan came out with the vet 2. Now they’re offering a completely new platform that will be semi auto
