Accessing Different Pages from the Top of Each Page

@hameditor Is it possible to place a button that allows us to change pages within a thread from the top of a page instead of having to scroll to the bottom of each page in a thread?

I seem to always start from last post never the beginning or first ..lol

Another thing is if I eat to quote a post on page one and combine it with another post on say page 3 you can't .. unless I'm doing it wrong.... Or seems I can't add a quote in a edit if I forgot to add the quoted post and oopps post the reply ..

Not a big deal but there's times it's a inconvenience..

I use both, but when I created this thread I was viewing pages on a computer. As it stands the most I can do is "Jump to New" posts from the top of a page.

Edit: I just checked an older thread. I do see a button to switch pages on the top and bottom on a computer. Let me check my mobile device so that I'm not mistaken here.

I understand that a thread has to have enough posts to create a second page. It’s only on the mobile version that I cannot see the page navigation from the top of the page.

Here’s what I mean. The 1st photo is what I see at the top of the page. With 957 replies this thread obviously has many pages.


At the bottom of the page is where the navigation buttons are that I can see.

That works for me and I don’t know how other members feel. The decision is really up to Mr. Archer. I was simply making a request.

I wanted to drop in and say thanks again for adding the page navigation up top. Being able to navigate from the top of a page makes surfing threads a lot easier. I'm enjoying this feature.

Still can't combine quotes from different pages I guess .. have to make new post for each one .. / can't quote on page one the go to page 4 and add a quote . Page one quote gone from reply box .. no big deal just saves a posting or multiple posting with same reply as the first . Or one reply to a few posts quotes..

Have you tried posting a quote from an earlier page and see if iit comes up at the end after you refresh the page ? That might be the case
