Hey I’ve read your post somewhere else :) but I’m glad you got it figured out. Forget hand pumping lol

There's many great ones on Amazon. Get an extended warranty too if available. I can't hand pump for health reasons so a compressor is mandatory for me. I bought the GX compressor from Amazon with the dual rechargeable batteries to take anywhere. Plus I got the kit to plug into the compressor to use 110v. I've been using it for a year or longer and it's still going strong. Any GX brand should be a winner! How bout the rest of you guys? What's a good air compressor brand you've had a good experience with for Jim?

I think lemons are reserved for me when I order something ..lol. I'm the self proclaimed lemon king .. if there's that 1 in a million lemon put there I'm sure to get it ...

My last lemon was the Notos I ordered from Pyramid. The hammer spring was stuck and wouldn't turn. Of course they sent me a new one for it that worked fine. But it's such a hassle as you have to box it up and ship back before you get the replacement adding two weeks more to your wait. Man it was worth it as it's so accurate!
 
Hey Mike, I received my Icon yesterday. Did you ever get yours? Got it set up and ready to shoot. Dirtiest barrel I've ever seen on an air rifle. I stopped running patches with ballistol thru it at 35 count. Got the barrel band and moderator from Buck-Rail installed and scope mounted and it's ready to go except the weather outside is not cooperating. It's a day later and still raining outside with no end in sight. Man this thing is loud without a moderator! I've got to do the trigger fix that Nibs posted on his channel Walnut and Steel with the rc bearing mod as the trigger is gritty and doesn't break well. It could get better with more trigger time too. In the meantime just waiting for the rain to quit. Lol

Glad you got yours mine was delayed so I had to redirect it to a FedEx store nearby so they don’t just leave it at the shop with nobody there if it was going to be delivered today. I don’t have any expectations from it other than to hold air :)

FedEx said I wasn't home Thursday at 10 am to deliver it. Doorbell never rang, no one knocked so I did what you did. Rerouted to a Walgreens up the street so I got it on Friday. Filled this one up to 3000 psi and it's still holding in place so maybe I got a good one. I did get a scare though when I picked it up. The man brought it out and there was a huge hole in the outer box it was in. Luckily it never punctured the rifle box. Small heart attack and all ok! Lol

Luckily it’s not a $2000 fx or I’d die lol
