Certainly not nearly as bad or we'd all be hearing about it just as much. The two BRK that I have shot (.22 Sahara's) do not have the problem at all.

Never noticed them as much, probably becuse they haven't been a problem for as long and not as many sold. And I don't own one. Still just a drop in the bucket though, with more of a chance to get fixed, I would think, because they are a lot easier to work on. They all need to come up with a definitive fix for this before they come out with new models with the same problems.Check this thread out.

as it likes to be fully in control of "things".
Many "things" that aren't none of their cotton pickin' business.
But lawmakers lacking the tremendous LIBERTY that the US's 2nd Amendment provides often screw up their citizens' liberty.....
Sad to say.
But it's reality in many parts of the world.

I was shooting 5 shot groups with the Vectis .177 at 50 yards today and gave my new chicken spinner a whirl at 50 yards until it was just too windy for the .177. I do enjoy the .177s okay at 30-35 yards but for 50 I still prefer my .25s or .30. They just aren't as fussy about the wind. Yep, I really like the chicken.
Saw a “ used” RTI P3 Performance online at AoA earlier in the week at a significant price break. Work being work and scheduling delayed me getting there until Friday. So, the P3 was packed and being shipped out that day. Of course. There was a couple bringing in a lot of of gently used rifles and accessories to sell - (springers, at least 2 Impact M3s, a great looking Daystate Huntsman’s Revere, HW44), scopes (primarily Element), bipods (Atlas and Accu-Tac), a couple of compressors and more. So, in case anyone is interested, sounded like some should be posted sometime next week, depending on inspection.
"Airgun Related"..., I'm sitting here watching college football but thinking about turning down the regulator on my 250z to slow the 18.3s down from the 990fps they are shooting now. They are shooting very well at 990fps but I just have this 'feeling' the 18s can do a little bit better at a little slower velocity???

I took the Marauder Gen 3 up to 2700psi with 30 gr CCI High Bar 30gr slugs. I maxed out at around 800fps. BC .071. They seem very tight. H&N 27gr HP slugs were a lot faster. Then I lowered reg to 2000psi and played around with Wally World NSA slugs at around 970-980fps.

Which were grouping the best? That's only 42fpe for the CCI, you should be able to get more than that I would think. I wonder if the diameter of the CCI is slowing it down a little, or perhaps it's hearder lead?
I am just about ready to start back on my .25, and find a slug for it. Unfortunately, being patient has not paid off and I have not seen anybody declaring a definative winner for .25 either. I'm going to try some H&N first, I just love their products consistency. There are some small companies that look like they have some good products but I want some expectation that they are going to be around for a while and won't change out what I like, once I find it, so I am avoiding those for now. I am going to try moving my reg way up after I find a stiffer spring for the SSG. I don't think that I will get anywhere w/o doing that too.

So I got the Avenger put together and I must say I think I hit the lottery with this one. It really likes 950fps and JSB 18.13 pellets.
That's awesome! It's always great shooting a group like that, but it's even better when you still have enough cash left in your pocket to go out and celebrate! You won the barrel lottery.

Took my hatsan 135 trigger apart. Tried to polish the 1 of sears. Well I got all nice and shiny but couldn't get it smooth. It looks like someone cut it with a cutting torch. Hatsan didn't bother smoothing it after it was cut and just hardened it.
I guess I could've just use a sanding belt and sand it smooth but I'm not sure if it's case hardened or totally hardened. If it's just case hardened there would be a problem with ware. The little bit of polishing I did did seem to help.

The cci are real hard to chamber, way too much friction. I don’t have enough H&N to really test for grouping. They were going where I pointed at 75yds. They were just leftovers

If it ain't broke, why try to fix? That target of yours is down right impressive where its at.
I suppose the best answer I can come up with is..., I get bored and need to 'tinker' with stuff to keep my mind active.
