Got some of those myself a month back! Beautiful looking pellets with thick skirts but not grouping well outta the Ghost
Good luck! I wish I could find an H&N that shot best in my rifles. Very good company in touch with their customers
What I have found is alotta of the H&N head sizes are (as labeled, I did not measure myself) 4.50/4.51 or 5.50/5.51 Whereas JSB will run 4.51/4.52 and 5.51/5.52 mostly with the latter being better in my AA guns. They just prefer soft and chunkier lead pelletsGood luck! I wish I could find an H&N that shot best in my rifles. Very good company in touch with their customers
Don't need to rub it in ..lol..Well today I cleaned the Condor, finished putting it together and shot it some just to get it sighted in. I love this gun. It is fun to shoot, has tons of power and plenty of shots for hunting. My scope mounts might be one size too short as I was having a little trouble getting comfortable for a good site picture. I might put the Zulus on it or get some taller scope rings for it. I will have to use heavy pellets in it. Just used 14.35 to site it in. 1st shot as set out of box 1386fps turned it down to 1-1 and then 1135fps but it was shooting well, anyway I will just use up my light pellets plinking. It got so hot I didn't have time to try any different pellets for the best groups but at least I got to shoot it. With the TalonP I was wanting a little move power for shooting slugs and more shots and this does it in spades.

So what about that 600 fps thing ?Shot the Condor for the second time. I was trying to find the best groups but my Caldwell hit the ground and got knocked out of calibration so much of it was a waste of time trying to get the velocity down and because that was broken it wasn't happening. Anyway, it seemed to like a fill of around 2600 with Hades and JSB 15.89 won't shoot it again till I can get something to tone it down some and some heaver pellets.

I didn't mean I could not slow them down. I meant I had no idea how fast they were going at that point. I wanted a speed of around 940 but had no idea when I reached that because the chronograph was not giving me the correct readings. I kept letting the pressure drop all the way to 1500psi and the pellets dropped a couple of inches and were all over the place while the chronograph still was reading over 1050fps at that point I was sure I could no longer trust the chronograph and filled it back up to 2700psi and it started shooting good again but I have no idea what speed they were going. So what about that 600 fps thing ?
- Velocity: 600-1300 feet per second (Depending on caliber, pellet weight, and power setting)
- Power Adjustment: User-adjustable
Ya cant user adjust it down to something / bullet point 1 ?
Is there a adjuster wheel or knob or regulator needs a tweak?
They do say put of the box it's smoking them fast anyway..
