Back in the 90s, iirc, there was a BB Gatling made. There was a review in one of the Gun Digests.

Thinking more about this post, how about Umarex come out with a revolving carbine? They already have the base as the colt single action pistol. Just a fixed or detachable stock and a longed barrel. Rifled for pellets preferred but could do a smooth bore for bbs. @jB1Dad ?

The Girandoli 40 cal air rifle that Lewis and Clark took on their expedition would be an incredible rifle to replicate in a modern big bore rifle.

Replicas are cool, but I like shooting pellets over BB’s. I have a Crosman Vigalante only because it has a pellet magazine. Loading BBs into a faux shell is kinda lame.

TerryE1: I only shoot pellets as well. BBs simply aren't accurate enough nor do they have the energy behind them to go the distance. I'm afraid that I still view BB guns as toys, just as they were in my youth some 70 years ago. I recieved my first 22 lr Rugar rifle at about the age of 12 and began lugging it through our local mountains regularly until I left for the service right after high school.

The way most things going for that plastic / assault rifle look maybe a traditional steel and wood sporting air rifle pretty soon..lol

For me, I would like a black powder replica. Say a Hawken Rifle or Pennsylvania Hunter. Could do a BP military rifle but I wouldn't suggest the bigger muskets as they were very heavy. For pistol, a bp trapper pistol with adjustable sights? Maybe a bp open top revolver replica? Just my thoughts.

An air-powered Hawken would be awesome!

Rethinking on this one; wouldn't a desert eagle be big enough to "hide" the internals of a pcp setup for low powered plinking in .177?

Here's my suggestion. The MP44/StG44 has to be one of the all-time greats and would be a great addition to the MP40, P08 Luger and P38 replicas that are already in the Legends range.

After that, why not "go big" and produce an MG42? With a saddle magazine there would be space for plenty of CO2 and a ton of BBs.

Great idea. I think that there's a company which make a semi-auto .22 replica of the StG44. I have the Legends PO8 and MP40. I also have a real PO8. Wish I had a real MP40.

How about a high quality 30/30 lever action pcp that actually loaded .22 slugs like the original rifle? How cool would that be? No magazine to ruin the aesthetics. If it got about 10 shots per fill it would be plenty for a hunting piece or something handy to grab for the occasional varmint.

TERRY: the perfect airgun for you might be the Air Venturi Seneca Dragonfly MK2. It's a great pumper as well as repeater. It comes with a 10 round magazine as well as a single shot tray. This pumper is so smooth that my 10 year old grandson has no difficulty handling it. Orv.

For an airgun manufacturer to tackle a new "Legend" if you will, a wartime commemorative or popular as a movie prop, it will have to be capable of some volume to justify its production. So, it has to have worldwide notoriety or at least nationwide in the U.S. Have those models already been exhausted? Or is there something that has been overlooked?

How about a Springfield 1911 EMP 9mm. It's a popular, if pricey, CCW model and a a replica would be good training for that pistol and complimentary to training with any 1911 since it's built from the same platform concept.
