If I were to guess, REG Creep or valve. these rifles reak havoc when de-gassing & tuning. Watch your reg before & after each shot for any in concistancy, to eliminate the reg , put back your amp reg in to test it again, Process of elimination

I know there is some creep. But, it seems more than that. I will put the amp back in and see what that does. I’m hoping I’ll get a glimpse of the Limited Edition Panthera with bull barrel while I’m at the Pyramyd Air Cup.

Newman and all of the guys have been a lot of help. They want to tune it down.
As far away as you are , I just trying to help you resolve your issue once & for all, Newman Buck - Owner of Cape Fear Airguns, should definately resolve the issue. I am glad I could help a fine gentleman as yourself . If you remember .30 cal from factory the REG was set @ about 113- 115 BAR Newman is a lot youger than us, but he knows his stuff. He also has alot of repair videos. He will also tell you , their is nothing wrong with the AMP Reg. I asked before about a HUMA reg, & he said it wasn't necessary, don't waist your money, you don't need it in the Panthera. Keep us all posted with all the latest & greatest. Hang on to your wallet, the temptation to purchase new gear will be tempting for sure . LOL On another note I hope you brought your Barrel with you for Install?

Newman is an awesome guy, really enjoy talking with him and shooting with him as well.

If the both the regulator and the valve are new... I would put a few magazines through the rifle before trying to tune anything. Many times one these rifle you need to work in the parts before anything starts getting consistent. Go out and shoot and get familiar with the rifle before doing any kind of serious tuning.

Newman thinks that more than likely the Valve Seat that I purchased is the original one and is not indexed like the new ones. They think the Valve Seat may be twisting. They also think that at 140 bar it is over tuned. I did bring the barrel with me. Newman wants to have the rifle at his shop where he can fix it and install the barrel. Sounds good to me. Thanks for everyone’s comments/advice.
