Spring/Piston RWS Diana Model 36, asking for your opinions pro or con.

I'am fairly new to air gunning and have PCPs but looking at a friends RWS Diana Model 36 that he will sale to me. This gun appears to be in good shape and he inherited it and only shot it a few times. What is your general opinion of this model? It was made in the 80s in West Germany.

They are good quality rifles. The newest ones have a T06 trigger, but the older ones can’t be that bad. Hope you get a good deal.

It's a good springer with a T05 trigger since its from the 80's. The internals may need to be replaced as they do wear out, especially the piston seal, even if it hasn't been shot a lot.

The 80s Diana has a to1 trigger which if adj correctly is a good trigger.

You are correct. Time is getting away from me. I forget how long it's been since the 80's.
