KalibrGun R5M Huma Regulator install

Ok guys I just got this regulator in the mail and I am installing it in the rifle. My only question is what pressure should I put it at? Rifle is a 25 caliber rifle and would like to push high weight slugs with the rifle. What do you guys think?

Well being as the rifle ALREADY has a Huma regulator..... I am going forward with the reseal process. Now trying to find a guide or something to replace the seals and get ready for hunting season once again.

Any one have any videos or anything they know of?
