Pre-Ordered Buster

Waiting since December requires a lot of patience, I get what your saying. Its hard to get that taste out of your mouth. It seems like they have started to reach out more to customers.

Hi just wanted to ask this question to a larger audience I pre ordered my buster pistol in December now I see we are gonna be delayed yet again till August almost 9months has anyone in the first wave ever recieved the pistol starting to think this was some sort of scheme. I mean there are a lot of reviews for the pistol on YT but it doesn't seem like anyone has actually taken possession of a production unit. I appreciate the free scope rings but dont need them I appreciate the discount on the stock but I'm not giving them any more money for accessories to a.product that may never show up.

I’m somewhat confused by what everyone means by first production run. The shipments going out now are the second run. The shipment slated for August are the third run. The first run was Nov 2025 - Jan 2026. The .22 version ran out in December. . There was a whole thread elsewhere discussing some of the production units that were received back then. I received mine back then. So, yes they do eventually show up. Several posters liked them enough to purchase a second one.
I printed several accessories for mine. I had to shoot it single shot with the DNT TNC225R NV thermal scope as it blocks the mag slot without the use of a riser. I did buy a cheap holo sight for it, but I haven’t got around to trying it yet.

Do you have the print file for the stock? Grips? What material did you use (ABS, PETG, etc)

Well after 160 days my Buster (that was estimated to be delivered in 60 days) finally arrived. No time to go over the gun yet, but did notice that there is no SS tray in the box. I see that now on-line there is no mention of a SS tray included, but when I placed me order it was. (It is also listed as included in the enclosed owner's manual) Sent a message to CS. I sure hope they send me one as I like to load and then de-cock. Then I can cock when prey presents itself and again de-cock if no shot. No way to do this with provided mags. Searching on-line I do not see any aftermarket trays or 3D files to print.

Not an answer to ss tray coming with gun, but I think Redcorn Outdoors makes a ss tray for it. I can at least reach out and see.

Got a reply back from CS. " After thorough verification, we confirm this was due to an incomplete batch shipment from our factory."

They expect that the replenishment supply will arrive by late August. That's only another 60 days (LOL)
Or I could have gotten a $10 refund. Since I have been unable to locate an aftermarket tray and/or a 3D file I told them I'm patiently waiting.........

Angel happened to drop a post about printing more mags, so I went ahead and asked about SS trays.
The lack of ss tray was one of the downsides to the Thumper and Timber. I was happy to see Vanguard and buster included them. Sorry that yours arrived without.

Thanks Bill - I just got a guy over on GTA to convert the Dragonfly .22 tray into a .177 as they are reportedly the same. Getting my brother to print me one this week.
