Pinty Product Updates: Thumper & Striker Optimizations, Improved Barrel Quality, and Warranty Extensions!

Hey Hard Air Magazine Community,

We’ve been listening closely to your feedback over the past few months, and we are excited to share some major production upgrades and optimizations we’ve rolled out for the Thumper and Striker models to deliver the performance and reliability you guys expect.

We’ve completely reworked internal components to maximize efficiency, and we want to break down exactly what has changed.

1. Re-engineered Exhaust Valve​

We redesigned the valve assembly to vastly improve sealing stability and output.

• Leak Prevention: The updated design significantly reduces the historical leak rate, making the air system much more robust.
• Power Boost: Muzzle energy has increased, yielding roughly a 10% bump in initial velocity (FPS).

2. Upgraded Heavier Hammer System​

We have increased the mass of the hammer system. This heavier setup achieves 30% better gas utilization efficiency through the transfer line, maximizing the power potential out of every fill.

Line-Wide Barrel Manufacturing Upgrades​

Beyond the internals, we heard the community loud and clear regarding barrel consistency. We have upgraded our factory machinery and overhauled our production quality control standards.

Moving forward, the surface roughness and micro-burr issues previously reported on some barrels will be drastically reduced across our entire lineup, ensuring cleaner rifling and better out-of-the-box accuracy.

New Warranty & Return Policies (Now Live)​

To show our commitment to the community, Pinty updated its official return and warranty policies specifically for the airgun line in early June.

We have officially extended the warranty period from 1 year to 2 years on select product lines to give you guys complete peace of mind when ordering directly from our site.

I went to your website, the next generation of precision… something is missing and there is plenty of space for it, the layout is seemingly building up to it, I’m going to guess perhaps a bench model??
