If Pinty reduces the trigger pull down to 2-4 lbs I will be very impressed. I believe they told JC of Airgun Detectives that fix was coming too. He loved the Nightfall except for the trigger. Is your source usually spot on?

I didn't read the whole email when I got it, just saw it was a pre-order ad. That number doesn't match the story we got... maybe I can convince them to send me one to try. But then I would have to actually by a trigger gage... I will see if I can get an answer about the disparity. Did you already order?

Yes, that's what PapaT and I have been told by our contacts at Pinty. I was surprised that Pinty has announced via an email the trigger pull was reduced from 9 to 6 pounds. Please see the attachment. I feel 6 pounds isn't acceptable and honestly that's what the older Nightfall PCP rifles were measured at during testing by many YouTube reviewers.

Thanks for checking with your contact. Unfortunately I'm a little bit skeptical at this point. Seems like marketing is overselling a flawed product. I need to see new reviews of the Nightfall before I pull the trigger.

I'd try and have them send me one, but I'm really waiting for the upcoming announcement. I also need to verify my Timber is behaving, it sounds quieter than I remember.

It looks like a great little gun. I have a Nightfall on preorder but I am tapped financially unless I come across a preowned on the Buster. I have read a lot of good things about the Buster across multiple forums.

The trigger is "Light-Years Better" than before is definitely good to know. I think the Striker is around 2.0 lbs. and if it's that low then the Nightfall will be my next airgun. Been into my .22LR semi-autos lately, but time to play with airguns again. Thanks for the video Papa!

Glad I was able to help you, even though I didn't grab one yet. I am contemplating doing so anyway... seriously contemplating.

I think I may have fired 5 shots through the Buster.
