I have a 3622 with a steel breech and extended probe. Pellets are very difficult to load as they keep getting hung up on the breech screw hole. I hope I never go into battle with this gun. I heard of guys filling the hole with wax, I’ll give that a try. Any better way to fix?

I like Magnum Airpower Torx breech screws. They fill the hole there better and are hardened stainless screws that don't strip out like the softer Crosman Hex breech screws. They have both the 4-48 thread for US made guns and 3MM for the China made ones. They come with a correct wrench. A little candle wax, Bee's wax or paraffin wax helps too.
