I bought a barrel too. The packing was horrible and the breech end took a beating. Was received on Monday and I haven had time to clean it and push a slug yet.I purchase a barrel when they had them... I guess it was the right thing to do..

??? What the hellThis is going to be a horrible experience, they’ve refunded $150 less than I paid.
.25.25 or .22?
Now that is some BS!This is going to be a horrible experience, they’ve refunded $150 less than I paid.
Push a slug through the barrel and that may tell you a lot. Most people say that the barrel issue is only with the .22. I offered to let them substitute my .22 with a .25 and they opted not to. I’m not sure at this point that means much, but I took it as there are issues with both. Mine was pretty accurate with JTS pellets, just not slugs. I didn’t take photos of the bore,, I wish I had. It was rough.Own one and it's been interesting to follow this discussion. I've seen YT'ers shoot amazing accuracy with this rifle and TBH, I haven't been able to test mine in .25; there's been reasons for that. I have however, cleaned and bore scoped mine and it's less than impressive to start with. I hold my breath and hope for the best. The bore is less than stellar and even if it shoots, it will be a pain to keep clean from what I've seen in the scope. Trying to remain positive.
Yeah Bill, but I would have to disassemble the rifle and not ready to do that with my experience level. Eventually I will, but not just yet. All I know is what I saw and it's not pretty. Maybe I was wrong to assume a certain level of quality, but I am new to air rifles. When I do my testing step by step, I will do the logical steps and report my findings to the forum. Thank you.Push a slug through the barrel and that may tell you a lot. Most people say that the barrel issue is only with the .22. Honestly that's better then them handing you another trash-barrel equipped gun for you to mess with, too bad i was thinking these rifles were winners in the sub 1k category. I think you figured out the problem though....Put the cash towards a slug barreled Beast Condor! I may not be able tooFor the record, they have informed me that they are unable to replace my rifle at this time, due to the fact that they have found that their off the shelf inventory contains more defective rifles.
I’m glad that they gave you a full refund.Well, I stuck to it and wrote them a response, indicating that I did not feel that my issue had been fairly remedied. I explained to them why I felt the way that I did. I gave them several actions that they could take that I felt would make me whole. They responded within a few hours and chose to remedy my issue with the most expensive option and refunded the full amount that I originally paid. They came through in the end. I hope they get the barrel issues worked out as the 250z has a lot of potential as demonstrated by several hamsters. My goal was not to get rid of the 250z, but to have it replaced with one that had a good barrel. Now, the search begins for something to replace it.
What happened?Put the cash towards a slug barreled Beast Condor! I may not be able too![]()
I've been waiting for my dealers response for 2 weeks....no answer yet... I'm taking that as bad news. They are 'limited stock' and I'm quite sure they are being offered to USA citizens only. I will call them next week and amp up the pressure, their closed fridays. What happened?
Stay on them about it, even if it’s a long shotI've been waiting for my dealers response for 2 weeks....no answer yet... I'm taking that as bad news. I have, they have not responded.
They show having over 25 barrels when you go to their website. They could just send the rifle back with the new barrel in it. I believe they told you they were out?I have, they have not responded.
