Marauder Marauder Gen 3 first woodchuck

I did some shooting with the .25 cal shown in the picture above. Here are 4 groups at 50 yards. I was shooting AEA 29.5g pellets. The CTC average was .488".

The velocities on the printouts are at 50 yards. The written numbers are at the muzzle.

I spent a few hours walking some bean and alfalfa fields with a .25 call Gen 3 Marauder. I have it tuned to shoot AEA 29.5g pellets at 915.

I ran into this guy at 25ish yards. He was DRT with a single shot.

Have you tried the Griffin 25s and can you shoot the 40-52grainers bthp out of it around the 900 FPS + mark? Really interested if you can in 25 cal if yo can install a carbon fiber bottle and get around 40 shots at that power level.
I shoot them out of my FX DRS tactical and Panthera at that speed with awesome results!

Thanks for getting back , im going with the 360 . I shouldn't lose many shots but the weight savings will be a-lot , im hoping to lose a pound . Did you get one with a valve ? Thanks Ray
Well, the real world numbers are 28 ounces for the aluminum 500cc bottle, and 13.5 ounces for this Tuxing 360cc carbon fiber bottle. Not quite a pound, at 14.5 ounces less. The lengths are 7 5/8", 12 3/8".

This bottle is 66mm thick compared to the stock bottle's 61mm, and the neck is shorter. IT DOES NOT FIT THE GUN! This is one of the perils of buying first. I am just going to modify my stock, it's not like it's AAA french walnut, but most of you won't want to bother.

Sorry @rayroz, I just learned this too.

What about an adapter that would extend the bottle out forward. I used to make them back when I had the BSA super 10s to adapt to us larger tanks and us threads when I had my shop.1782574749738.webp1782574832327.webp
