I wanted to put these two videos up from last year's Extreme Benchrest XI. These videos cover Leapers UTG Integrix line, their new top tier glass option that is VERY nice. I've been talking about this scope for nearly two years since seeing it at Shot Show 2021.

Anyone else check these out yet?

I checked out their demo scopes at EBR last year. While looking through them when mock mounted on a demo stock is not the same as shooting them at real targets, still, I was impressed with how easy it was to read the mirage and how comfortable the eyebox was.

I think these are worth looking at if you can tune out any previous Leapers experiences.

And if was not for the podcast, I'm sure I would not have taken the time to check them out!

Recently I had figured this out when I realized I was making adjustments to all my scope mountings that were mounted while NOT shooting, once I was shooting I found I had to make fine tweeks.


Either way I have heard these integrix scopes are pretty good optics from Jim Chapman and a few others.. looking forward to more reviews on them.

Their low budget models? Well you probably know of the Bugbuster etc. They are good for the price, but certainly they are not even comparable to the Integrix line. Like apples and oranges.

Leapers branded scopes generally fall into the entry level category which I put one rung up from the joke category. Leapers claim to fame was their robust spring gun resistant design.

Integrix are quality tier near tier 1 optics at a competitive price. I wish them luck, it is a crowded field.

I suggest listening to their CEO on the Atlas Podcast. A lot of good information there if you like to geek out.

i just looked on there website looks like they are not to terribly expensive but they are out of stock it seems.

For the longer distance use they will probably be nice. LPVO is 100 yards, the other two have a min parallax of 30 yards.
I shoot mostly 30 yards and in, so a no go for me. Too bad, they look nice.

I know they can build good glass. On my Lelya 2.0 I have a UTG OP3 4-16X44 30mm Compact and it’s a descent scope vs their bug busters and similar scopes. The glass is clear with no halo affect

For punching papers yes I'd use something like the 4.5-27. Mounted on a bull-pup, the 1-8 LPVO would be a blast for my ground-squirrel-hunting while trucking on the ranch, while low power will allow me to clip a thermal on the front at night.

@Florida_Man This is a major drawback for me as well.

It's always hard for a company known for cheap products to jump up to the big leagues, but with persiverence it can be done. My feeling is they would have to sell at cost to get product out there and establish a godd reputation, then raise prices to make back their investment and profit.
