This is right on cue as I was just posting how I may have to grab one of these at some point. It may not have the power of the Western/LCS/Huben but to me it looks so much better and it has plenty of power to do what I need it to anyways. Thanks for the review!

No problem. I'm with you on the power aspect. I don't need alot of power to have fun, but I do want accuracy. This particular Sprinbok seems to have it going on.

I’ve always enjoyed Crickets. Yours actually doesn’t sound too noisy. I remember the YT review from a South African guy and it sounded much louder.

How would rate the loudness compared to a regular Cricket 2 Tact? What the sound like near your ear and at the muzzle?

For purposes of the review, I was using a OdB moderator. This of course quieted things down considerably. At my ear, it really wasn’t too bad. Much quieter than a Western Rattler, but then again it isn’t as powerful either.

As for a comparison between it and a Cricket II, I would say it is a little louder but nothing crazy.

Didn’t even notice it. However I am left handed which places my cheek on the opposite side of the breech.

43fpe is very good, as is a removable magazine, and Cricket quality, but when we talk about semi-auto's we have to mention the elephant in the room, adjustability. Where this gun has to be in perfect harmony with the hammer adjustment and reg just to function properly, all the hammerless systems out there can be turned up and down on a whim and still function perfectly to a very wide range. I personally don't like anything that I can't fix, electronic and hammerless guns fit that description, but I would have to admit that hammerless is the way to go if you want a semi and shoot it with different ammo at different speeds. This does seem like a great gun, certainly an accurate one, for anyone willing to not touch anything and just shoot it.
